Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Maintain professional relationships with team members and guests
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quality service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Answer phones, take messages, and manage To Go/Delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Common sense reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
