As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a warm, memorable first impression for every single guest. Your Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously with a genuine smile
- Open the door for guests arriving and departing
- Seat guests and manage our online waitlist efficiently
- Accommodate special needs including boosters, highchairs, and guests with disabilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Take, enter, and package to-go orders, including curbside delivery to vehicles as needed
- Assist servers as needed — serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, and keeping the front-of-house running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- A positive, welcoming attitude — this is the most important thing!
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed with a clean uniform
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of hands and wrists
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person!
