What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at IHOP?
Well qualified restaurant managers. IHOP experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate for the position. Compensation is performance based, quarterly bonuses for hitting labor and food cost targets. General Managers can be very well compensated with their base salaries and quarterly bonuses. We are a fast growing company looking to purchase majority of IHOP in the surrounding area and neighboring states.
