We are looking for a Crew Leader with remarkable hard skills and engaging people skills. The right person for this job should be able to multitask. Our restaurant prides itself in providing excellent service, great food, and a clean restaurant. To help our restaurant provide a pleasurable dining experience the following responsibilities along with attentiveness, patience and a positive attitude are required.
Responsibilities of a Crew Leader:
Shift leaders (crew leader) oversees operations of the restaurant when the GM is not on site. They make sure that all shifts are covered and if they are not able to cover that shift they are to contact the GM. They are to resolve any and all guest complaints before the guest leaves the restaurant. They are to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and should there be any issues such as disputes between team members, lack of side work being done or tardiness they are responsible to document that for the GM to handle on their return. On the GM's days off they are responsible for preparing the bank deposit from the day before and taking it to the bank. They are also responsible, on the GM's days off to cash out each server.
Must have an active Food Handler's Card.
