Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP Team Members
- Prepare food according to IHOP SOP manuals
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Comply with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Ability to read and understand recipes and orders in English or Spanish
- Basic mathematical and reasoning skills
Physical Demands:
- Regularly stand, walk, and sit
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Close and distance vision required
Work Environment:
- Exposure to various kitchen conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment
