What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busboy/Dish Room Attendant position at IHOP?
Busboys help support other restaurant staff members by cleaning, clearing, and setting tables for guests, stocking supplies, and attending to the needs of guests. Keeping the restaurant clean is the primary responsibilities of a busser.
Basic Functions:
- Repeated bending and lifting 50 lbs. or more
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant including outside areas
- Food preparation
- Loading and unloading dishwashing machine
- Organizing and restocking refrigerators/freezers
