Starting Pay $14 - $16 DOE. Weekends & Holidays Required, Nights Available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that every meal that leaves our kitchen lives up to our standards of quality
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages or needs.
- Present yourself in a professional manner, including following all uniform guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness of food prep areas at all times and follow food sanitation standards to the letter.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a line cook position or similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations or dietary aide roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to continually learn and improve culinary skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
