IHOP Dishwasher/Busser - Dalton

IHOP in Dalton is seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our team! As a key member of our restaurant, you will play an essential role in providing a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. This position is perfect for individuals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Weekends required. Nights available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dish storage and cleaning supplies
• Assist with food preparation and ingredients as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow for kitchen staff
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
• Set and reset tables according to dining room standards and guest preferences
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms
• Support the front of house team during busy periods to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
