Supervisor - Tax Accountant at Sauder & Stoltzfus
Location: Ephrata, PA
Salary Range: $140,000–$155,000
IHN HR has been retained to manage the recruitment of this position on behalf of Sauder & Stoltzfus.

We are hiring for a strong, growing Christian-owned business based in Ephrata, PA.
This is a new, key role where you will:
- Prepare, manage, and review complex business and individual returns (about 60% business / 40% individual)
- Handle tax planning, research, and issues like 743(b) adjustments, multistate, sales tax, and cost seg applications
- Train and review work for at least 2 junior staff
- Build strong client relationships and answer staff and client tax questions

You bring:
- An active CPA or EA with 4 years recent public accounting experience
- Comfortable reviewing work, coaching staff, and owning complex returns
- Tech-savvy (ProSystem fx, CCH or similar, Microsoft Office) and efficient with multiple systems
- Respectful and comfortable in a conservative, faith-based environment serving clients with a similar background.
- A driven, diligent team player who wants to grow into leadership
- Bonus points if you have worked with non-profits and faith-based organizations previously
