Job Title: Catering Sales Manager

Position Summary

 

Qualifications Required: 

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in a Sales or Catering office capacity
  • Know the New York Market and can proactively prospect
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality is a plus
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent Microsoft Office and internet skills
  • Knowledge of Delphi is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, ability to multi-task in fast paced
  • Environment and professional appearance is required
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated and an excellent team player
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can negotiate agreements
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Knowledge of overall hotel operations and how they affect each department

  • Work environment: the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate 

Performance standards:

  • Annual performance appraisal for executive level 
  • Attainment of annual goals established between supervisor and incumbent

General sign-off: The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies while employed 

 

 

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
