Bottle Waitress

We are looking for experienced Bottle Waitresses to take and deliver bottle orders as well as host VIP tables, and engage with the crowd. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Collaborate with and work as a team with the other bottle servers and bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request
• Take and serve orders and up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Collect payments
• Follow and respect the orders of the superiors rapidly to comply with all the professional duties
• Engage in casual conversation
• Maintain a sanitary environment
• Promote business in various ways weekly
• Follow Dress/Attire established

• Must be 21 years of age or older
