Primary Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls regarding orders, returns and product information
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout all stages of the customer journey, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry through order completion.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs.
- Support lead generation and conversion efforts by engaging prospective customers and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and live chat inquiries.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and website in order to confidently guide customers through the shopping experience. Comprehensive product and website training will be provided during onboarding.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipping concerns, returns, exchanges, and other service-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems, products, and processes.
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
