What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Loyalty Performance Enablers (Mindset) position at IHG Hotels & Resorts?
We are seeking a Manager for Loyalty Performance Enablers (Mindset) to embed loyalty across IHG and drive loyalty performance. In this role, we’re looking for an expert to play a critical role in fostering a strong loyalty culture among IHG’s internal audiences (owners, hotel teams & corporate employees), building advocacy and pride through impactful and strategic mindset initiatives. Additionally, this role will support key training programs, sustainment tools and communications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our hotels and IHG colleagues learn about IHG One Rewards, plus will have a creative and/or communications background to be successful.
Your day to day:
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $110,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.

Your day to day:
- Develop, communicate and/or implement initiatives that drive performance and build a loyalty mindset amongst internal colleagues; this includes things like training, communications, and culture-building projects.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of projects and content development; including things like presentations, creative assets (e.g. posters, videos), sustainment tools and frameworks, and more. Includes tasks like strategic planning, project management, writing, agency management, creative reviews & feedback tracking, and more.
- Monitor performance and activity across the loyalty performance enablers landscape and make appropriate recommendations as necessary. Jump in to support priorities and bold moves as needed, which may include developing and writing bite sized learning content & tools (e.g. guides, IHG Climb content)
- Act as a liaison with stakeholder teams to influence successful implementation of initiatives. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure maximum benefit from programs and communications.
- 8 years’ progressive work-related experience in marketing, advertising, and/or hotel industry experience related to sales and/or brand marketing, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale marketing projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff. Ability to develop and present through impactful story telling.
- Demonstrated creative problem solving ability and demonstrated creative thinking skills as evidenced by prior campaigns.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and to ability to engage people in the discussion about the customer journey and the future loyalty vision with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated loyalty knowledge and understanding of IHG One Rewards and the hotel landscape.
