Business Systems Manager, Guest Experience Operations

Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution documentation, implementation coordination, user acceptance testing, and post-release review.

Your day to day

• Lead evaluation of operational and process impacts of proposed changes, identifying business risks and coordination needs.
• Collaborate with servicing and technical teams responsible for development and configuration to ensure solutions aligned with intended design and business objectives.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements, effectively communicating across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• . Participate in solution design discussions and document workflows, system diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Use SQL and system tools to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and operational investigations as part of impact assessments and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, including hands-on involvement with data-related processes or systems.
• Working knowledge of common software architectures, development methodologies, and system design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess impacts and recommend practical solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to deepen both business and technical understanding over time.
  
  

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $106,000.00 to $110,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
