Duties
- Lead and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and resolve issues promptly to uphold service excellence
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of guest stays, reservations, and special requests to enhance personalized service
- Train staff on hospitality standards, hotel management procedures, and guest relations best practices
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes positive guest interactions and encourages repeat visits
- Monitor front desk operations continuously to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front office operations within a resort or hospitality setting
- Strong background in hospitality management with excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with night audit procedures, guest services, and front desk operations is essential
