This individual must possess the unique ability to remain captivating across all seasons and topics, bridging the gap between traditional radio broadcasting and modern digital-first storytelling to ensure our brand stays at the forefront of the sports conversation.
What You'll Do:
As the primary host of a daily sports-talk program, you will be responsible for anchoring a high-energy broadcast driven by a deep expertise in both collegiate and professional athletics.
Your core duty involves curating and producing creative, original content tailored for live radio and cross-platform social media engagement to grow the show’s digital footprint.
Beyond the microphone, you will serve as a brand ambassador by establishing strategic relationships with local sports organizations and collaborating closely with the sales department to develop content that is both listener-focused and sponsorship-friendly.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you must be a dynamic communicator with the versatility to remain engaging regardless of the sports season or the topic at hand.
Beyond exceptional oral communication skills and "on-air" presence, you should possess a savvy understanding of modern audience growth, specifically in creating viral "buzz" across social media and traditional media platforms.
