Daily Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage technician routes
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support to installers
- Assist with difficult installations when needed
- Prevent callbacks and fix issues immediately
- Communicate with customers about delays or changes
- Inspect work quality and enforce company standards
- Close out jobs and approve invoices
- Monitor job progress throughout the day
- Maintain inventory readiness for technicians
You Are a Good Fit If You
- Have hands-on TV mounting or home service experience
- Can solve problems fast under pressure

Requirements
- Experience in installation, construction, electrical, or AV field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to visit job sites when needed
- Smartphone and scheduling app proficiency
- Strong decision-making ability

- Lead installer or foreman experience
- Dispatching or route coordination experience
- Customer service background
