This Fort Worth seat is open to ONE bilingual rep who can sit across from a Spanish-speaking customer and earn their trust on the spot.

— Run pre-set appointments and CLOSE — in English and in Spanish.

— Win Spanish-speaking customers other reps can't reach.

— Hybrid hustle: appointments are full, you run them. Appointments are light, you knock and create your own. You never sit idle. You make money either way.

— Inspect vehicles, explain the damage simply, and get the owner to "yes."

— Potential to travel and follow the storms if proven. Housing provided on the road.

WHO YOU ARE

— You have sales experience. Required. Door-to-door preferred, but car sales, solar, retail closing, or any commission-heavy background works if you can sell.

— You're bilingual. You speak Spanish well enough to pitch, build rapport, and close — conversational and sell-ready.

— You're competitive, money-motivated, and you don't need a manager over your shoulder.

— You're hungry for a step up and ready to prove you belong at the top.
