- Level III Regional Trauma Center in Waterloo
- Work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center
- H-1B cap exempt organization
- J-1 candidates accepted
- $462,444 x 2-year Guarantee with Production Incentive
- $70K Commencement Bonus
- $30K Longevity Bonus at the end of year 3
