Community Treatment Teams (CTT) is the highest level of outpatient care with opportunities to serve the neediest in the community through an evidence-based approach.
What You Will Do
WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Exempt (salary) position. Primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with rotating evening shift (1p-9p) as part of a team on a fixed schedule. Some weekends and holidays may be required. On Call services are required and rotate as part of a team.

POSITION PURPOSE:

What You Will Do
- Participate in Treatment Team meetings, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff.
- Ability to develop treatment plans based on consumers stage of change for identified problems and needs
- Ability to implement stage wise treatment interventions as well as exercise sound clinical judgment in routine, urgent, and emergent clinical situations
- Attend court, local magistrate hearings and advocate for person served.
- Coordinate with parole and probation officers.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and assist clients to develop natural and community-based support systems.
- Exercise clinical judgment in initiating services and follow up as appropriate.
- Working Knowledge and understanding of medication used in treating psychiatric disorders
- Deliver medications throughout Allegheny County to persons served residences
- Provide on call services on a rotating basis - $200/day reimbursement
- Master’s Degree in Human Services (sociology, social work, psychology, criminal justice, gerontology, counseling, education) and 1 year of paid human services experience OR bachelor’s degree in Human Services (sociology, social work, psychology, criminal justice, gerontology, counseling, education) and 3 years of human service experience.
- Act 33/34/73 clearances.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive an organization vehicle/van
