As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide prospective participants and families through every step of enrollment—from initial interest through successful program admission.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for prospective participants and families during enrollment
- Educate families on PACE services, eligibility, and benefits
- Guide applicants through enrollment paperwork and required documentation
- Coordinate assessments, appointments, and intake processes
- Track leads, referrals, and enrollment pipeline activity
- Collaborate with community liaisons, clinical teams, and operations staff
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems
- Ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience for participants and families
- 2 years of experience in health care sales, enrollment, admissions, healthcare coordination, and intake experience
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, managed care, or PACE preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear, compassionate way
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable in assisting seniors with the process in their homes
