What You Will Do
- Ensure occupancy goals are met through proactive sales efforts.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan that includes measurable targets across advertising, telemarketing, and community outreach.
- Make strategic outside sales calls to attract new residents.
- Host lead-generation programs and community events to drive interest.
- Conduct educational programs to engage community employees in marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, referral sources, and contacts.
- Present annual competitive market analysis to the Board of Trustees.
- Develop and nurture leads through personal appointments, tours, and follow-up communication.
- Facilitate the leasing process and ensure a warm welcome for new residents.
- Serve as a liaison between Providence Place and other community services supporting senior independence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in senior housing sales, with a proven track record.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software (REPS).
- Experience in non-profit senior housing is a plus.
