- Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
- 7/7 Schedule (7p-7a)
- No clinic responsibilities
- 24/7 APP Support
- Primary location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
- Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

- Practice in an Advanced Clinical Environment – Work within a highly specialized system featuring a Neuro Trauma ICU and a closed ICU model designed for high-quality, team-based care.
- Cutting-Edge Technology – Access to O-arm imaging, bi-plane suite, minimally invasive capabilities, multiple navigation stations, ECMO, and ECPR
- Certified Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center
- Base Salary: $578,340
- Recruitment incentive: $75,000
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance: $6,000
