GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating department work activities, training/coaching department employees, monitoring the order status of each job through the production process, and assisting where needed. This role also includes providing leadership to the employees, as well as overseeing daily, monthly, and annual reporting to support operational efficiency.
