Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Flexible)

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$29/hr (based on experience, higher for strong candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking a CNC Programmer experienced in 3–4 axis milling and turning. This role focuses on program development, process optimization, and supporting machinists with setup and troubleshooting. If you have a passion for precision, manufacturing, and continuous improvement, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Requirements:

• Strong blueprint reading skills
• 3 years CNC programming experience - preferred (not required)
• G-code programming knowledge
• Working knowledge of CNC Machines
• Knowledge of machining principles
• CAD / CAM experience (Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.)
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
