Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bus Driver role located in Arlington, TX. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely operating a variety of vehicles, including shuttle buses and motor coaches, while ensuring a professional and positive experience for passengers. Key responsibilities include performing pre-trip vehicle inspections, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service throughout the journey.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in operating buses and completion of driver training programs
- Experience in truck or commercial vehicle driving and strong defensive driving techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for passengers
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with passenger endorsement
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
