Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to service as the primary technical point of contact for all product prospects, leads, and opportunities. The role will consist of designing and presenting customized technical solutions to meet new customer needs. The solutions engineer will conduct technical demos, troubleshoot, build proofs-of-concept, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure product fit and customer adoption. This position can be filled in Dayton, OH, Huntsville, AL, St. Louis, MO. Contingent on contract award.
Primary Duties:
- Ownership of the externally facing customer interactions to include demonstrations of the systems, briefings, onsite visits, consultations of capabilities
- Primary contact for all customers, being a primary point of contact until product implementation begins
- Manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Provide Teams/Zoom calls, Webinars, phone calls and technical briefs and documentation upon request
- Facilities collaboration with dedicated deployment/installation team
- Bridge the gap between customers and internal development teams by feeding user requirements and technical feedback back to developers.
