Key Responsibilities
· Proficiency in scheduling and travel logistics to include management of employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements
· Review and assist with contract invoices per contract schedules
· Develop, monitor, track, and report the accuracy of deliverables, payment schedules, period of performance, and costs.
· Maintain and verify all employee data in Costpoint, the Ignite timekeeping & hour budget tool.
· Budget, and manage employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
· Experience: 5 Years
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel skills.
· Strong quantitative/mathematical foundation to support the analytical requirements of the position
· Knowledge of Costpoint System
· Must be able to obtain a DOD Interim Secret clearance prior to employment. Continued employment is contingent that the employee obtains and maintains a full Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
· Active Secret Clearance
