Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the development of Missile Defense System (MDS) acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for MDS development and fielding;
· Develop Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Request for Proposal packages, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirement Lists
· Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration;
· Expertise in strategic planning, acquisition strategy development, and development of key acquisition documentation to support acquisition strategy approval and execution
· Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners
· Support and interact with high level DoD Officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office and deliver products successfully in a fast paced environment (on demand).
· Develop reports, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree and 20 years of relevant experience or Master Degree and 12 years of experience
· Secret clearance
· Possess knowledge of acquisition processes/activities required to support the evaluation of contract performance against the program baselines
· Experience translating technical requirements into contract requirements
· Capable of working independently or leading cross-functional teams to research, track, and complete ad hoc tasks associated with the PWS
· Experience in cost, schedule and performance management for a space based program and/or a DoD

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance

Salary Range:
$100k - $130k
