A respected consulting firm is hiring experienced accounting professionals for project-based consulting roles in the Bay Area. **Please note that this is a full-time, salaried position with competitive base compensation other incentives. This is not a contract role.**

Responsibilities
- Support clients through a variety of strategic finance and technical accounting projects
- Contribute to or lead initiatives such as:
- General ledger close and process improvement
- FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support
- Technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting)
- IPO readiness and public company transformation
- M&A preparation and integration
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics
Qualifications
- 3 years of total experience in external audit, advisory, corporate accounting, and/or corporate finance
- CPA licensed or in process
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen
- Experience with publicly traded companies/clients
- Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments
