We are seeking driven and energetic Retail Specialists to join our Frontier crew. In Retail Specialist, you'll learn the ropes of retail sales management - engaging with customers while helping shape in-store campaigns that resonate with customers long term. What You'll Do Retail Specialist:
- Interact with retail customers to understand their needs and introduce Frontier's telecom solutions.
- Assist in promoting products and services through in-store displays and customer engagement.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Help execute local marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and report insights to the marketing team.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with senior marketers to brainstorm and implement new strategies.
- Track campaign performance and contribute to weekly reporting.
