.NET Developer & Technical Lead
This is a Full-Time (On-Site) Position in Albuquerque, NM 87102 supporting a Large Government Consulting Firm. Only considering candidates that currently are located in the Albuquerque, NM area. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.

Project Term: 8 Months (With Possible Extensions)
Salary Target: $85K-$95K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience and background related to the position)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead who can lead an Agile delivery team, serve as Scrum Master, and provide hands-on technical direction to drive high-quality outcomes.
This role requires a strong mix of technical leadership, solutioning, and delivery execution, including the ability to design and build proofs of concept and present recommendations to a Technical Review Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor developers.
- Set coding standards and ensure delivery quality.
- Act as Scrum Master, including:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Removing blockers
- Maintaining team velocity
- Drive technical direction and align implementation with architecture and best practices.
- Design and develop proofs of concept to validate approaches and reduce delivery risk.
- Prepare and present solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations to governance bodies, such as the Technical Review Board.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, quality assurance, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Strong hands-on development experience with .NET
- Experience with IBM FileNet
- Strong database experience with Oracle
- Experience building and operating solutions on Amazon Web Services, including:
- Amazon RDS
- Strong communication skills, including:
- Technical storytelling
- Executive-ready presentations
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior technical lead experience in regulated or enterprise environments
- CI/CD experience
- Automated testing experience
- Cloud operations experience
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
