This is a Full-Time (W2) Hybrid-Remote (In-Office 0-4 Times per Year for ‘All Hands on Deck’ Team Meetings) Position in Arlington, VA supporting a Large Government Consulting Firm. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays are inclusive of this position.

Salary Target: $50K-$62K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience related to the position)
Requirements: US Citizenship Work Status Authorization; Completed Bachelor’s Degree; 1-2 years of professional experience with Government Contract Administration focusing on Contract Closeout Processes within a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The Contract Management Analyst in the Analytics Operations Service Center role will facilitate the management of multiple competing priorities:
· Executes contract closeout processes, maintains thorough records, and may help with execution of closeout data patrols and other closeout priorities.
· Develops and applies expertise in contract management system of record procedures and processes to create accurate contract management records to ensure all Contract Management systems are current, accurate, and complete with all of Company's contract related data.
· Responds to complex inquiries into any aspect of the Company’s current and past contracts from both internal and external sources.
· Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives or process improvements that lead to the best solution.
· Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
· Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of the Company’s major business areas in order to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and provide relevant advice.
· May provide guidance to Contract Management personnel.
Required Qualifications:
· US Citizenship
· Completed Bachelor’s Degree
· Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and Agency-Specific Supplements
· Basic understanding of Government Contract Lifecycle Principles
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe
· 1-2 years of experience with closing out government contracts within a Government Contracting environment
Salary : $50,000 - $62,000
