The Project Scheduler/Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules in support of government programs. This role supports program execution by tracking milestones, monitoring schedule performance, and providing accurate, timely status reporting to program leadership and stakeholders. The Scheduler/Analyst works closely with project managers, technical leads, and government counterparts to ensure schedules are realistic, resource-loaded, and aligned with program objectives, contractual requirements, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of program planning and execution.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, identifying schedule risks and impacts to cost and performance.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis , baseline management, and schedule variance assessment.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) activities, including schedule performance metrics and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver schedule status reports, briefings, and dashboards for program leadership and government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and functional leads to ensure schedule accuracy, completeness, and alignment with execution plans.
- Support schedule updates associated with contract modifications, replans, and change control processes.
Minimum Education and Qualifications – Journeyman Level:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Required Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project and/or similar scheduling tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, schedule analysis, or program control support on DoD or federal programs.
- Experience supporting EVMS, milestone tracking, and integrated program schedules.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Preferred Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or cleared environments.
