Ignite is seeking a detail oriented Program Control Analyst to assist in Program Financial Management and operations. Serve as primary control analyst, performing and providing detailed project analysis on a government contract. Applicant should understand basic accrual and cost accounting methodologies and will also prepare and deliver customer report deliverables per the contract terms and conditions. The candidate will assist with travel and time requirements for all contract employees. The candidate should be detail driven, dependable, and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in scheduling and travel logistics to include management of employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements
- Review and assist with contract invoices per contract schedules
- Develop, monitor, track, and report the accuracy of deliverables, payment schedules, period of performance, and costs.
- Maintain and verify all employee data in Costpoint, the Ignite timekeeping & hour budget tool.
- Budget, and manage employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements
- Experience: 3 Years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong quantitative/mathematical foundation to support the analytical requirements of the position
- Knowledge of Costpoint System
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Interim Secret clearance prior to employment. Continued employment is contingent that the employee obtains and maintains a full Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Active Secret Clearance
- Expected Travel: None
- On-site, direct customer support is required
