Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team supporting the Space Force Concepts and Technology Delta and Space Warfighter Analysis Center in Colorado Springs, Co. This position can be filled in either Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL. In this role you will develop and utilize data analysis tools to create complex data sets for evaluating the future of warfare in space.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Development of models and simulation runs for logistics analysis.
- Development of software tools for data ingestion, storage, processing and analysis.
- Development of advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) architectures and use cases in support of customer needs.
- Development of presentation materials and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Development of Open-Source Intelligence tools
- Development of advanced visualizations for data and network analyses
- One to five years of experience in data science or related field.
- Strong Python knowledge and familiarity
- Experience using FastAPI and ETL pipelines
- Experience with ReactJS /JavaScript
- Git/GitLab experience with version control
- Data visualization using Matplotlib/Seaborn
- OSINT Tooling (Playwright/BeautifulSoup)
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL schema
- Microsoft Office skills
- Basic professionalism
