We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government contracts and a solid understanding of cost accounting practices.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process transactions for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Support audits conducted by agencies such as DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency)
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Support monthly billing process
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in government contracting
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense
- Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with DCAA audits and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP)
