As we continue to scale and integrate new businesses into our portfolio, we are focused on realizing synergies, preserving value, and accelerating our market leadership.The Opportunity:Orchestrating a Unified FutureThis is a high-impact, director-level contract role that reports to the VP of PMO & Operations and works closely with the COO and executive leadership team.You will take ownership of the ongoing post-merger integration program, driving alignment, discipline, and momentum across all workstreams. Your mandate is to bring clarity, accountability, and results during a pivotal stage of growth, ensuring full realization of synergy goals.Key Responsibilities:Integration Leadership & Orchestration:Own the master integration plan, timeline, and dashboard across all workstreams and drive it to completion.Ensure functional alignment across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Marketing, Client Services, Product & Technology, and other service lines involved in the integration.Serve as the communication hub for cross-functional alignment and executive reporting.Strategic Execution & Risk Management:Translate high-level integration strategy into actionable tasks, milestones, and measurable deliverables.Proactively identify, track, and mitigate integration risks, interdependencies, and blockers to maintain project velocity.Ensure disciplined execution by holding workstream leaders accountable for deliverables and timelines.Process & Systems Integration:Connect strategy, process, and systems to ensure cohesive integration and operational continuity.Focus on aligning core operational platforms, workflows, and cultural elements to achieve synergy targets and maintain business performance.Document key learnings, decisions, and processes to ensure a clean handoff and lasting continuity post-engagement.Required Qualifications & Experience:1015 years of progressive experience in program and project management, with at least 5 years focused on post-merger integration or large-scale organizational change.Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations from strategy to execution.Demonstrated success integrating acquired companies, including P&L unification, client services consolidation, and tech stack harmonization.PMP or equivalent certification preferred; strong, hands-on project management discipline required.Experience within a digital marketing, adtech, martech, or professional services organization required.Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align and influence executive stakeholders.Results-oriented operator who can ramp up quickly, operate with urgency, and drive outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Highly Preferred:Experience integrating companies within the marketing or technology sectors.Strategic thinker who can operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and dive into tactical details to unblock progress.What We Offer:A critical, high-visibility role with a direct impact on the companys strategic growth and success.A collaborative, fast-paced culture at the forefront of digital marketing.Competitive project-based compensation.Engagement Duration: Approximately 36 months, with potential extension based on business needs.Ready to Drive Our Integration Success?If you are a director-caliber project management leader with deep post-merger integration expertise and are excited by the challenge of orchestrating a critical business transition, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting the scale, scope, and measurable outcomes of the integrations youve led.Ignite Visibility is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
