Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Meet with business customers in person to discuss their service needs
- Explain AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled service options in a clear and simple way
- Answer customer questions and help guide them through service selections
- Support the sales process by helping complete account updates and enrollments
- Keep customer information and sales activity organized and accurate
- Work with your team to hit performance goals and improve results
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
