Position: Regional Sales Manager

Position Type: Direct Hire

Location: Elkhart, IN

Compensation: Up to $120K annual bonus potential


Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand key customer relationships within a highly specialized segment of the industry. This role is critical to supporting a company undergoing significant growth and transformation, moving from a relationship-driven sales model to a more scalable, process-oriented commercial strategy. This individual will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while also positioning themselves for future leadership advancement, including potential progression into a Director-level role.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive regional and national revenue growth
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key customer segments
  • Expand existing accounts through relationship development and consultative selling

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with complex, high-value customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement structured sales processes, KPIs, and pipeline management practices
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and performance tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Provide insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for product positioning and market expansion


Required Experience

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in: Manufacturing, transportation, industrial, or related industries
  • Proven track record of: Driving revenue growth, Managing complex sales cycles, Building and maintaining long-term client relationships


Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Experience implementing or working within structured sales processes
  • High level of business acumen and commercial insight


Compensation & Benefits
