Requirements
- Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses; managing benefits, employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations), recognition and appreciation, new hire orientation, retention and more
- Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs
- Assisted Living, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background
- Human Resources Information System experience w/ Paylocity or another system
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
