Warehouse Associate- 2nd shift!

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate on the 2nd shift and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes.

2nd shift hours- 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately
• Perform stock stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving duties to fulfill customer orders efficiently
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records
• Load and unload trucks while adhering to OSHA safety standards and mechanical best practices
• Assist with materials handling tasks including heavy lifting, mechanical repairs, and packaging operations
• Support warehouse supervision by maintaining organized work areas and following established safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience with knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes
• Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, crane, or other heavy equipment preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400) and RF scanners for inventory control
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic repairs is a plus
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks safely
• Experience in shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and materials handling is highly desirable
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures in a warehouse environment
