JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
The Talent Specialist Team Lead will work closely with the IGNITE team to attract, screen, hire and retain associates for all IGNITE internal and external clients. He/She will work closely with the clients to fulfill their workforce needs. He/She will also maintain electronic filing and other administrative tasks. Candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Essential Functions:

· Works closely with client's HR/Operations to ensure workforce needs are understood, works with leadership to develop plans to meet client needs
· Responsible for conducting drug screens.
· Enters, updates and maintains accurate personnel records in employee database/spreadsheets
· Provides relevant data to Ignite leadership to support workforce performance for clients
· Provides reporting and analysis as requested by client management
· Act as a liaison between client and recruiting/talent team
· Responsible for communication and relationships for key Accounts
· Maintains good relationships with all candidates, associates, colleagues and clients.
· Performs various administrative duties (scanning, electronic filing, faxing, copying, etc.)
· Lead by example and be on time for every scheduled event, act with urgency and encourage teamwork,
· Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to exceeding customer delivery expectations and achieving quality and productivity goals in a time sensitive safe environment.
· Follow and enforce all employment related laws and regulations

· Any and all other duties as assigned by Manager/Director/VP/President
Education and Experience:
Preferred
· Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related fields.
· 1 years in some type of lead/training role
· Previous knowledge of worker's compensation, unemployment and employee relations
· Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
Required
· 2 years of Staffing and/or HR experience
· High school graduate or equivalent
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Must have a valid Driver's License
· Must have valid automobile insurance
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates, colleagues, clients and vendors.
· Strong organizational and investigative skills.
· Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
· Ability to follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
· Must practice confidentiality as required.
· High sense of urgency
