This is a direct hire position with our client in the Groveport/Lockbourne Area.Monday-Friday 8a-5p GENERAL DESCRIPTIONOversees the activities of Client Service Specialists. Develops client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction. Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine client complaints. Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates, or service.JOB REQUIREMENTS• Supervises the work of a team of Client Service Specialists• Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly• Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures• Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues• Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues• Other duties as assignedThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
