About the Role
We're an AI-powered insurance company rebuilding one of the largest, least-automated industries in financial services from the ground up. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly, no middlemen, no legacy processes. Backed by $374M in funding, we're growing fast and looking for driven, detail-oriented sales people to join our Salt Lake City team.
You'll work in a high-energy environment where performance is recognized and growth is real.
What You'll Do
- Own accounts from deal close through active billing, you see it all the way through
- Track integration milestones and remove blockers quickly
- Check in with customers regularly to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities
- Keep CRM current with clear next steps and account owners
- Grow revenue within existing accounts over time

Compensation & Growth
- $60k–80K base | $120K OTE
- We promote from within and have new roles opening regularly
