About the Role
The Room Attendant cleans and prepares guest rooms and assigned areas to brand standards to ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.
Essential Functions
Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and company standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities and supplies.
Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean, organized condition.
Follow room assignment schedules and productivity standards.
Support room turns and priorities as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience
Housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
