Job Requirements:
Position Overview
Collects and analyzes statistics and information from multiple sources to spot trends and to draw
informed conclusions and recommendations to the required activity. Conduct organizational
studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and
measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in
operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants
Key Responsibilities
Apply scientific methods and techniques to analyze systems, process and/or operational problems.
Ability to effectively collaborate with external customers.
Experience coordinating and engaging with multiple organizations.
Capability to support and manage cross-functional project planning and interdependencies.
Skilled in delivering high-quality status presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in compiling project data from multiple systems and sources into biweekly, monthly, or
annual reports for various management levels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 5 years in DoD/operations research analyst roles
Experience preparing senior leader briefings and coordinating high-level engagements.
Experience with statistical software packages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with ASA(ALT), Program Executive Offices/PAEs, and/or Army headquarters structures.
Design and refine graphics, presentations, and multimedia materials to support program
Detail-oriented with exceptional planning, written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing special projects, executive meetings, and external groups.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision.
