What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Creative Director position at Ignite Creative Services, LLC.?
Company Description
Ignite Creative Services is a full-service Food, Beverage & Hospitality Marketing Agency built for brands that want to stand out, sell smarter, and scale faster.
We live at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution - blending culinary, mixology, marketing, and operational expertise to create experiences that actually move the needle. Yes, we build profitable menus and crave-worthy LTOs…but that’s just the beginning.
At Ignite, we design end-to-end creative solutions for hospitality-driven brands, including:
• Brand strategy & positioning
• Integrated marketing campaigns
• Content creation (photo, video, social, experiential)
• Beverage & menu innovation
• Sales tools, decks, and trade marketing
• Consumer & operator insights
• Go-to-market launches
• Experiential activations & events
• Digital guides, playbooks, and toolkits
• Partnerships, sponsorships & field marketing support
Our work helps retail brands, cpg products, restaurants, hotels, resorts, beverage brands, venues, and hospitality groups sell more, operate smarter, and tell their beautiful stories - all while staying grounded in real-world operations and profitability.
We’re known for:
- Disruptive creativity (the kind that gets noticed and shared)
- Operational know-how (we’ve actually run programs, not just pitched them)
- Relationship-first thinking (our best work comes from trust and collaboration)
- Results that drive referrals (because good work should market itself)
Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Ignite Creative Services is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), led by Founder & CEO Celia Waddington - a hospitality industry veteran who believes creativity should always connect to performance.
If you’re energized by fast-paced collaboration, big ideas, and seeing your work come to life in the real world (billboards, web, social, menus, campaigns, events, and beyond), you’ll feel right at home here.
🔥 We don’t just market food & beverage brands - we help build what’s next.
