What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized chiropractic care
- Identify and address root causes — not just symptoms
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability
Compensation & Performance Expectations:
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
- Bonus: % of collections, directly tied to performance

- Increasing collections through effective care plans and patient retention
- Improving leadership skills and taking ownership of clinic operations
- Contributing to clinic growth through patient experience, referrals, and brand presence
