Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and businesses to provide top-notch customer service and support as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Recommend and sell clean energy plans tailored to customer needs
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and expert knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest services and sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics by staying connected to customers and following up on their energy service and any installations
- Work with other Business Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to increase position knowledge to expand into a higher position within the company
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- A passion for sales, customer service and helping others
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers
- Work self sufficiently independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and complete tasks
- Knowledge of energy services, what it means to be sustainable, and solar services is a bonus for any Business Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Being bilingual is a plus
